If you crimp the corner of the 4 inch or 2 inch decal to separate the paper backing from body of the decal then you can remove the paper backing.  Be careful because now the sticky side of the decal is exposed.  Affix to whatever surface you choose but remember this is an exterior decal.  Take care to smooth out the decal and once applied then you can remove the clear film that covers the decal
